Kayla Ephros (b. 1992 New Jersey) is an artist, poet and educator based in Los Angeles. Kayla is the creator and co-organizer of September Spring, an interdisciplinary poetry residency at the Kesey Farm. Her most recent book of poems, b sides: loose translations, was published by nueoi press in 2021. Kayla is represented by in lieu gallery in Los Angeles.

During her time at KAMEN, Kayla will continue to investigate poetry as a multidisciplinary methodology. Through a series of workshops as well as an ongoing production of printed matter (including drawings) Kayla will be exploring forms of ritual, and questions surrounding mark-making, repetition, punctuation, gesture, and longing.
